City Manager:

The City Manager is the head of the administrative branch of the City government and is responsible for the proper administration of the affairs of the City. The City Manager submits the annual budget, implements the policy direction established by the City Commission, advises the Council on matters affecting the City, administers and oversees City operations on a day to day basis, and monitors the City’s financial position.
