Permit applications are available for download. Please fill out all required portions. Submit the completed application for plans examination along with two sets of drawings.
Plumbing & Electrical Permits
Plumbing and electrical permits shall be applied for in person. Master License and proof of insurance must be provided prior to permits being issued.
